By accessing or using Felly (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Felly is a mentorship platform that connects mentees with mentors for scheduled 1:1 sessions. We facilitate discovery, booking, and communication but are not a party to the mentorship relationship itself.

Mentors are independent users who set their own availability, pricing, and areas of expertise. Felly does not guarantee outcomes from any mentorship session.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information during registration and to keep your profile up to date.

Session fees are set by mentors and displayed before booking. Payments are processed through our third-party payment providers. Refund and cancellation policies are shown at the time of booking.

Felly may charge platform fees as disclosed during checkout. Mentors receive payouts according to our mentor payout schedule and policies.

You agree not to harass, abuse, discriminate against, or mislead other users. You will not use the Platform for unlawful purposes, spam, or to share harmful content.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or harm the community.

Felly and its branding, software, and content are owned by us or our licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit but grant us a license to use it to operate the Platform.

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for mentorship advice, session outcomes, or disputes between users, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
